Welcome to the 4th and final nine weeks of the school year. We will finish our review of Ancient Greece and once we return from spring break we will begin to learn how Rome has influenced most of the western world. We will begin our study of Rome by reviewing how life was on a day to day basis for the normal Roman citizens, what it meant to be a Roman citizen and how Christianity both was first persecuted and later flourished under the rule of the Romans. Some of the specific highlights of this semester will be the following (keep in mind that this section will be added to as we progress through the year).
